A spurned girlfriend embarks on a curious mission of vengeance against her ex-boyfriend Ken when she discovers he has published nude photos of her on his website. She enlists Ken's current girlfriend, Xiao-Lin to help her steal them back from Ken. At first, Xiao-Lan distrusts her and she hesitates to help her out. The hesitation disappears as soon as she gets to know Ken's true nature. The girl's partnership grows from a tentative alliance, to a full-fleged friendship but even when it's two girls against one guy, three becomes a crowd.

Moving Targets tells the story of two young detectives battling against gangsters. Nicolas Tse and Edison Chan are two cops that have just graduated from the police academy. Fit falls for his buddy Kit's cousin but he hides his feelings so he won't offend him. Kit is then teamed up with his Dad, a senior cop who left him when he was just a little boy. Since his Dad is involved with some pretty shady characters, Kit would love to nail him. Then Fit is blackmailed by a gang boss who his father owes money to!
